A short left to Margate - KZN with Neo
Margate is a seaside resort town on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, about 20 kilometres southwest of Port Shepstone. The river which flows into the sea at Margate is called "Nkhongweni" because the original inhabitants were reputed to be so mean that travellers had to beg for hospitality.
I'm definitely looking forward to many more travelling opportunities and opportunities in general.
Beautiful sea facing views with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Our short left trip turned into a staycation because of the lockdown regulations that are in place in South Africa.
Unfortunately there wasn't much to do but we made our own fun on some days.
Margate has plenty shopping centers and malls to unwind and do some shopping, food spots and some outdoor activities.
- Shelly Beach
- Uvongo Beach
- Skyline Nature Reserve
- Pumlani Caravan Park
- Riverbend Crocodile Farm
Here's a photo dump of some of my moments in Margate
Being on this staycation also gave me a chance to create some content for one of my faves, Brutual Fruit.
